Key Aspects fo this Role

The role will involve team management, stock control, rosters, costing, recruitment, supplier relationships, implementing, creating & maintaining systems and all aspects of the Food Control Plan. The successful applicant will work well with a team, be a strong leader, be motivated by bonuses, understand COGS & Wage Cost.
